In accordance with Illinois Supreme Court Rule 756(e) (Disclosure of Malpractice Insurance), every two years, Illinois lawyers who represent at least one private client and do not report that they maintain malpractice insurance are required to complete the Proactive Management Based Regulation (PMBR) Self-Assessment Program or obtain malpractice insurance and report that fact, as a requirement of registering in the year following.

1) Complete PMBR ModulePMBR (2024 - 2025) is made up of 5 e-learning modules. Complete all 5 modules and earn a total of four-hours of free MCLE credit. 2) Fill Out Module SurveyWe value your feedback! Complete a short survey so we can improve our PMBR offerings. 3) Earn MCLE CreditUpon completing each module, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion outlining the MCLE credit earned for the module completed. 4) Fill Out PMBR SurveyShare your thoughts about the PMBR Program, so we can learn how the Program can better assist you in practicing law. 5) PMBR Program CertificationUpon completing all 5 modules, you will receive an email from the ARDC registration department (registration@iardc.org) that will serve as your PMBR Program Certification representing fulfillment of your PMBR attorney registration requirements for 2025. |

Important MCLE Notice: The ARDC reports individual attorney attendance to the MCLE Board by the 5th of the month subsequent to the date of completion of the MCLE program (for example, September events will be reported by October 5).
