e-learning program will help you identify conflicts of interest and determine if obtaining informed consent is permitted given the particular conflict at issue. Additionally, this program will unpack what must be done to obtain informed consent and how to create an effective waiver.

- Apply these rules to different scenarios; and
- Reflect on how to use informed consent appropriately in your own practice.
