Succession Planning: Contingency Planning for Sole Practitioners



Program Description:
To fulfill our ethical obligations to clients and to preserve the value of the law practice, every lawyer needs to have a plan in the event of the lawyer's sudden death, disability, incapacity, illness, or unexpected absence from the practice. This is particularly true for sole practitioners. Learn the basics to preparing a contingency plan. Sample forms are included.
