Attorney Well-Being: The Intersection of Physical, Spiritual and Emotional Wellness



Program Description:
An exploration of what physical, spiritual and emotional well-being entails and how physical, spiritual and emotional well-being applies to the practice of law and in everyday life. Tips to recognizing the warnings signs of impairment and techniques to achieving healthy physical, spiritual and emotional well-being will be discussed.

Program Objectives:
  • To increase the lawyer's understanding of the meaning and importance of physical, spiritual and emotional well-being for the practice of law and everyday life.
  • To recognize the signs of impairment.
  • To provide techniques to achieving physical, spiritual and emotional well-being.
